Welcome to nouripaws.com. By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting customization materials, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Products, Orders, and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, colors, sizes, and images accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We may correct errors, update product information or pricing, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order when necessary.
If an order is canceled, we will notify you and issue any refund required under our Refund and Return Policy and applicable law.

3. Customization Materials and User Submissions
When you submit a photo, pet name, artwork, text, instructions, review, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that its use does not violate another person’s rights.
You authorize Nouri Paws and our service providers to use submitted materials as needed to create, produce, fulfill, and support your order. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

If you separately opt in to Nouri Paws text messages, you may receive recurring messages about orders, abandoned checkouts, promotions, and other updates, where permitted by law.
